I have been a moderator of “Search Engines” section on Namepros.com for sometime. Then I took on the “Webmaster Tutorials” section and recently I took on the responsibilities of “Advertising and SEO” as well as “Content for Sale” sections.
I am seeing from somedays that most of the domaining blogs contains worthless posts then ever. I am not saying that domain market is dying or anything else. All I am trying to say is nothing new is happening. Just that old domains changing hands from here to there for a margin. [Margin here is not defined. Some big players still take bigger margins in this type of economy too]
Sorry for a blog post after such a long time but I had been really busy with web design and development projects. Moreover there were some family issues that needed some attention.
When browsing the web on a daily basis you may come across a website or two that is extremely functional, easy to use, to the point, and visually appealing. Why are there only a few of these sites out there? Because the people that create them understand the key to web design and the key to customers, or viewers. Simplicity is the key. Yes, web design allows us to express ourselves through code and graphics. However, being over expressive and going far beyond what the web site needs actually hurts the web site in general.
